Meet Shannon

I understand where you are and what you are feeling, because I have been there too. After experiencing six miscarriage, I found myself struggling to find and experience joy. I lived in constant fear that my next pregnancy would bring me more pain. This fear effected all aspects of my life and permeated everything i did without me even knowing it. I pulled away from relationships because I didn’t want to feel the pain of them being ripped from me, like the pain the miscarriages had taught me. I had, essentially, rewired my brain to live in fear and to not feel connections or joy.

After my miscarriages, I decided to devote my life to helping others heal after a pregnancy loss and became a coach specializing in healing after grief. I knew, as women, we needed a community to help each other through our hardest times and so I created the Miscarriage Warrior App. This app provides a safe place for women to grieve as well as find resources and tools to guide them through this journey.

What happens if you don’t heal in an effective way?

Science is showing that 25% of women who experience a pregnancy loss will experience Anxiety, PTSD or depression.
